Location Description
Mikepércs is a village with a population of 5390 in Hajdú-Bihar County, Hungary, which is located about 10 kilometers south of the county seat, Debrecen, right next to the Debrecen Southern Economic Zone.
Its most important road access route is main road 47, which passes through its inner area. Between the borders of Mikepércs, the M35 motorway also passes through the west side of the village. Debrecen's location is extremely favorable from an economic point of view, thanks to the fact that Budapest and other countries can be quickly reached by motorway from the city. Within 100 km of Debrecen, the eastern region of Slovakia (Košice), the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine (Uzhhorod, Berehove) and the Transylvanian economic centres of Romania can be reached.

After test operation, with all the necessary official permits, the plant will be sold in a fully functional condition together with the operating personnel. The sale is made by selling the business share of the owner company (share deal). The neighboring plant in the hall next to the plot deals with metalworking and cutting.
